品管圈在提高血液科住院患者出院健康知识知晓率中的应用

摘要 目的: 观察对于血液科住院患者采取品管圈活动对提高出院健康知识知晓率的应用效果分析。方法: 将2017年6月至2017年12月我院血液科住院患者200例简单随机分组方法分成甲、乙两组,每组100例患者,其中乙组采取常规健康教育,甲组采取品管圈管理方法。分析两组住院患者出院健康宣教知晓率、因健康知识掌握不足发生不良事件发生率、护理满意度调查及出院后1个月患者生活质量调查评分分析。结果: 从健康宣教知晓率、护理满意率来看,甲组分别为100%、100%;乙组分别为80%、90%,甲组患者因健康教育知晓率低发生的不良事件发生率为2%,乙组为40%,出院后两组患者的生活质量均有所改善,其中甲组明显优于乙组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论: 在血液科住院患者中,开展品管圈活动,可有效提高出院健康宣教知识知晓率,降低因健康知识掌握不足而发生不良事件发生率,提高患者对护理的满意度,改善护患关系,取得良好效果,值得临床推广。

Abstract：Objective: To observe the application effect analysis on the rate of awareness of health knowledge in the hospital for hospitalized patients in the Department of Hematology. Methods: In our hospital recently from Jun. 2017 to Dec. 2017 of the Department of Hematology in our hospital 100 cases of hospitalized patients randomly divided into two groups, 50 patients in each group, the B group adopted routine health education, take a method of management quality control circle. The awareness rate of health education, the incidence of adverse events due to lack of health knowledge, the survey of nursing satisfaction and the quality of life of two groups of patients after discharge 1 months were analyzed. Results: From the awareness rate of health education, satisfaction rate, group A were 100%, 100%; group B were 80% and 90%, the rate of adverse events occurred in patients with low incidence rate was 2%. The awareness of health education, group B was 40%, the quality of life after discharge were two groups of patients are improved, including group A is better than that of group B, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.001). Conclusion: In patients hospitalized in Department of Hematology, QCC, can effectively improve the hospital health education knowledge awareness rate, decrease due to lack of health knowledge and the incidence rate of adverse events, improve patient satisfaction with nursing care, improve the nurse patient relationship, and achieved good results, it is worthy of clinical promotion.
