Abstract:Objective: To study the effect of azithromycin combined with fatsoluble vitamin (FV) on inflammatory and immune factors of child patients with mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia(MPP). Methods: A total of 108 cases of MPP child patients treated in our hospital from December 2014 to November 2017 were included into this study, and divided into combination group and control group using the random number table method, with 54 cases in each group. Patients in control group were performed conventional therapy plus azithromycin sequential therapy, and based on this, patients in combination group were performed FV trerapy. The symptoms, improvement time of signs, hospitalization time, levels of serum inflammatory factors, immune factors and chemotactic factors before and after treatment of the two groups were observed. Results: The extinction time of dyspnea, cough and lung rale, fever clearance time and hospitalization time in combination group were shorter than those in control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the serum levels of IL-8, IL-10, IL-13 and TNF-α in combination group were lower than those in control group (P<0.05). The serum levels of C3, C4, IgA, IgM and IgG in combination group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05). The serum levels of CysLTs, MDC and MCP-4 in combination group were lower than those in control group (P<0.05). The total effective rate in combination group (96.30%) was higher than 77.78% in control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: Azithromycin combined with FV can effectively remove serum inflammatory factors, improve serum immune factors and chemokines in children with MPP. It is effective, safe and reliable.
