Abstract：Objective: To study the diagnostic value of the change of Serum PCT, SAA and CRP in biliary fistula after intrahepatic biliary calculi operation. Methods: The 232 cases with surgery of intrahepatic biliary calculi treated from April, 2015 to April, 2017 in our hospital, which were selected as the research objects, according to whether or not occuring the biliary fistula,were divided into the group of biliary fistula(21 cases) and non- biliary fistula(211 cases). The levels of PCT, SAA and CRP in the two groups were detected one day before operation, and one day after operation, two days after operation, three days after operation respectively. And then we compared th test. Results: No significant difference was found between the patients one day before operation and one day after operation in two groups on serum levels of PCT, SAA and CRP(P>0.05). But the patients two days after operation and three days after operation in the group of biliary fistula were higher than those of non- biliary fistula group, the difference had statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion: When patients in biliary fistula after intrahepatic biliary calculi operation, PCT, SAA and CRP levels have significantly elevated, which had significant assist of diagnostic value.
