Abstract:Objective: To explore the effect of transcranial ultrasound combined with rehabilitation guidance on the curative effect and prognosis of patients with cerebral hemorrhage. Methods: From February 2016 to February 2017, 68 cases of patients with cerebral hemorrhage treated in our hospital were selected as the subjects. According to simple random method, the patients were divided into two groups. The control group was given routine limb rehabilitation exercise, and the observation group was given routine limb rehabilitation exercise plus transcranial ultrasound treatment. Limb function recovery and life therapy score were compared between the two groups after 6 weeks of treatment, and after treatment Fugl-Meyer motor function, Barthel score, Hamilton depression scale (HAMD) score, Hamilton anxiety scale (HAMA) score. Results: The improvement rate of limb function in the observation group was better than that in the control group (52.95% VS 76.47%, P<0.05). After treatment, the Fugl-Meyer motor function and Barthel score of the two groups were higher than those before treatment (P<0.05), while the Fugl-Meyer motor function and Barthel score of the observation group were higher than those of the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the scores of HAMD and HAMA in the two groups were lower than those before treatment (P<0.05), while the scores of HAMD and HAMA in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). The quality of life in the observation group after treatment for 6 weeks was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: Transcranial ultrasound combined with rehabilitation guidance in the treatment of patients with cerebral hemorrhage. This treatment can effectively restore limb function and improve psychological status, improve the quality of life. It has important clinical significance.
