美沙拉嗪栓辅助治疗对溃疡性直肠炎患者血清TNF-α IL-8 IL-10及DAI水平的影响

摘要 目的: 研究美沙拉嗪栓辅助治疗对溃疡性直肠炎患者血清TNF-α、IL-8、IL-10及DAI水平的影响。方法: 研究对象选取我院2015年10月到2016年10月期间收治的溃疡性直肠炎患者94例,采用随机数字法将所收治患者分为对照组和观察组,每组47例患者。两组患者均给予等计量艾迪莎口服治疗,在此基础上,观察组患者联合美沙拉嗪栓纳肛辅助治疗。疗程结束后对两组患者行直肠镜检查并比较其治疗总有效率;治疗2、4、6月后均进行活动指数(DAI)评分并比较两组患者组间差异;治疗后行血清学检查TNF-α、IL-8、IL-10水平并比较组间差异;记录两组患者治疗期间的不良反应发生情况比较其发生率。结果: 观察组的治疗总有效率(91.49%)明显高于对照组(70.21%),比较差异有统计学意义(χ²=5.84,P=0.01)。经治疗2、4、6月后两组患者DAI评分均明显低于治疗前,且观察组明显低于对照组,比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。经不同方案治疗后,两组患者血清TNF-α、IL-8水平均明显下降,且观察组低于对照组,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);两组患者血清IL-10水平均明显上升,且观察组高于对照组,比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。观察组的不良反应发生率(10.64%)略低于对照组的不良反应发生率为(14.90%),比较没有统计学意义(χ²=0.38,P=0.54)。结论: 美沙拉嗪栓辅助治疗溃疡性直肠炎患者的疗效显著,能显著提升患者活动能力,有效改善炎症因子水平,有利于患者直肠粘膜修复且使用安全,值得在临床推广使用。
