Abstract：Objective: To study the effect of the increment of UALB in the early stage of DN by means of traditional Chinese and western medicine. Methods: The treatment group was treated with Qizhizhu decoction combined with Valsartan for diabetic nephropathy and the control group was treated with Valsartan for 4 weeks. The microalbuminuria improvement of two groups were compared. Results: The study showed that the microalbuminuria in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.01). Conclusion: The effect of Qi Zhi Tang Decoction Combined with valsartan on early diabetic microalbuminuria increased significantly.
