Abstract:Objective: To study diagnosis of uterine cicatricial diverticulum by hysteroscopic underwater transabdominal ultrasound. Methods: 240 patients uterine cicatricial diverticulum who received therapy from November 2014 to November 2017 in our hospital were selected as research objects, they were examined by hysteroscopic underwater transabdominal ultrasound and transvaginal ultrasound, the morphological and size of the diverticulum were measured, and the diagnostic value of the two ways of the uterine cicatricial diverticulum was compared. Results: The results showed that the detection rate of hysteroscopic underwater transabdominal ultrasound was 100% (240/240), while the rate of transvaginal ultrasound was 92.08% (221/240), the differences are statistically significant (P<0.05); the results of four meridians of depth, length, width and thickness of residual muscularis were measured respectively, the results of the depth, length and width in the hysteroscopic underwater transabdominal ultrasound were significantly larger than those in the transvaginal ultrasound [(13.82±2.41)mmvs(7.01±1.18)mm,(9.85±1.40)mmvs(8.14±1.19)mm,(14.29±2.35)mmvs(11.83±1.84)mm], the thickness of the residual muscularis is significantly thinner than those in the results of transvaginal ultrasound[(2.15±0.21)mmvs(2.98±0.74)mm], the differences are statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion: Hysteroscopic underwater transabdominal ultrasound in the diagnosis of uterine cicatricial diverticulum has a good value. And it can accurately understand the shape of the diverticulum, it's worthy of application and popularization.
