Abstract:Objective: To investigate the effect of glucocorticoids in the treatment of children with refractory pneumonia and mycoplasma pneumonia. Methods: 200 children with refractory pneumonia and mycoplasma pneumonia admitted from February 2016 to February 2018 were randomly divided into two groups. The control group was given routine treatment. The glucocorticoid group was given glucocorticoids. Hormones, hospital-related indicators, lung function, inflammatory markers, immune parameters, imaging findings, and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results: The time of fever, total fever, cough remission, total cough time, antibiotic use time, and number of relapses were significantly lower in the glucocorticoid group than in the control group; FVC, FEV1, PEF, and FEF25 after treatment. , FEF75, IgG, CD3+/CD4+ and CD3+/CD8+ levels were significantly higher than the control group, WBC and CRP levels were significantly lower than the control group; overall imaging examination results were significantly better than the control group, the difference has Statistical significance (P<0.05); There was no statistically significant difference in drug adverse reaction rate between the two groups of children (P>0.05). Conclusion: The application of glucocorticoids in the treatment of children with refractory pneumonia caused by mycoplasma pneumonia is effective, with high safety and useful for reference.
