Abstract:Objective: To analyze the application effect of digital subtraction angiography (DSA) 3D technology in DSA-guided interventional surgery for intracranial aneurysms. Methods: From January 2022 to January 2024, 135 patients with intracranial aneurysms admitted to our hospital were selected for this study. They were randomly divided into two groups: the control group (n=67), who underwent interventional surgery guided by DSA 2D technology, and the study group (n=68), who underwent interventional surgery guided by DSA 3D technology. The aneurysm detection rate, clarity of aneurysm neck and feeding arteries, embolization success rate, and incidence of complications were compared between the two groups. Results: Compared with the control group, the detection rate of aneurysms and the success rate of embolization were higher in the study group. The clarity of the aneurysm neck and the parent artery (-) was lower in the study group, while the parent artery (++) was higher in the study group (P<0.05). Conclusion: The application of DSA 3D technology in intracranial aneurysm interventional surgery can improve aneurysm detection rates, increase embolization success rates, and enhance the patient's neurological function.
