Abstract:Objective: To study the effect of oral celecoxib on stress response and DVT after knee joint replacement. Methods: From January 2016 to December 2020, 134 patients undergoing knee joint replacement in our hospital were taken as the research subject. All patients were randomly divided into an observation group (n=67) and a control group (n=67) according to the principle of stratified sampling. Patients in the control group were given routine intravenous patient-controlled analgesia combined with heparin sodium injection immediately after the operation, while those in the observation group were given oral celecoxib based on the control group. After 7 consecutive days of treatment, the contents of CA, Cor, and ACTH were measured by ELISA, and the stress response before and after treatment was compared. The coagulation function of fibrinogen and D-dimer was measured by C2000-A automatic blood coagulation analyzer produced by Pulisen Company. Adverse events, such as ecchymosis, digestive tract reaction, fatigue, and DVT occurrence probability were compared among all patients during treatment. Results: Before treatment, there was no significant difference in serum CA, Cor, ACTH levels, serum fibrinogen, and D- dimer between the two groups (P>0.05). After treatment, the levels of CA, Cor, ACTH, and the contents of serum fibrinogen and D-dimer in the two groups were significantly higher than those before treatment. Compared with the control group, the levels of CA, Cor, ACTH, and the contents of serum fibrinogen and D-dimer in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group during treatment (P>0.05). The incidence of DVT in the observation group was 1.49%, which was significantly lower than that in the control group (10.45%), and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion: Oral celecoxib treatment for patients after knee joint replacement can effectively reduce the stress reaction caused by operation and the risk of DVT, with good safety performance and remarkable treatment effect, which is worthy of clinical application.
