Abstract:Objective: To analyze the medium and long-term effecacy of percutaneous minimally invasive locking plates for mid-clavicular fractures by comparing the indexes after different surgical methods. Methods: A total of 84 patients with mid-clavicular fractures who were treated in our hospital from January 2019 to January 2021 were selected as the research subjects, and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group according to the random number table method, 42 cases in each group. Patients in the control group were treated with incisional repositioning locking plate, while the observation group was treated with percutaneous minimally invasive locking plate. The general data, improvement of shoulder joint function 1 month after surgery, the constant score before and after surgery, as well as the improvement of quality of life and patient satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results: One month after the operation, it was found that the excellent and good rate of shoulder joint improvement in the observation group (85.71%) was significantly higher than that in the control group (69.05%), and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The constant scores of the two groups of patients were significantly improved after operation, and the constant scores of the observation group at 1 year after operation were higher than those of the control group, and the difference between the two groups of patients at 1 year after operation was statistically significant (P<0.05); one year after surgery, the quality of life assessment indexes such as physiological function, physical pain, mental health and social function improved significantly in both groups, and the improvement was more obvious in the observation group than in the control group, with a statistically significant difference (P<0.05); the overall satisfaction rate of patients in the observation group (97.62%) was significantly higher than that of the control group (78.57%), with a statistically significant difference (P<0.05) Conclusion: Percutaneous minimally invasive locking plate for the treatment of middle clavicle fractures is less traumatic for patients. Compared with the traditional open reduction and locking plate, the indicators are better than traditional incisional repositioning locking plate at 1 month and 1 year after operation, and the patient satisfaction is better. It is clinically replicable.
