Effects of Creatine Phosphate Sodium Combined with Trimetazidine on Structural Changes and Cardiac Serological Parameters in Patients with Acute Cardiac Insufficiency

Abstract:Objective: To investigate the effects of creatine phosphate and trimetazidine on cardiac structural changes and cardiac serological paremeters in patients with acute cardiac insufficiency. Methods: A total of 106 patients with acute cardiac insufficiency in our hospital were randomly divided into control group (conventional drug treatment) and experimental group (conventional drug treatment + creatine phosphate + trimetazidine), 53 cases in each group. Heart rate, cardiothoracic ratio, cardiac serological index, left ventricular structure index, oxidative stress index and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups before and after treatment. Results: Compared with the control group, the cardiothoracic ratio, interventricular septal thickness (IVST), left ventricular posterior wall thickness (LVPWT), serum B-type natriuretic peptide (BNP), N-terminal pro-brain natriuretic peptide (NT-proBNP) and malondialdehyde in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group, while the left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) and superoxide dismutase (SOD) were significantly increased (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups (P>0.05). Conclusion: Combined application of creatine phosphate and trimetazidine can effectively improve cardiac structural changes and cardiac serological parameters in patients with acute ardiac insufficiency, and achieve significant therapeutic effect, and the combination of them is safe and reliable.
