Abstract:Objective: To systematically evaluate the effect of 10Hz repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation(10Hz-rTMS) on upper limb motor function rehabilitation in stroke patients. Methods: The databases of CNKI,Wanfang,VIP,SinoMed,Cochrane Library,Embase,PubMed and Web of Science were searched by computer.The randomly controlled trials of 10Hz-rTMS on the rehabilitation of upper limb motor function in stroke patients were collected.A meta-analysis was performed using Revman5.4.1 software. Results: A total of 18 RCTs with a total of 1045 patients were included.The results showed that compared with the control group,the patients in the observation group has significantly lower FMA level[MD=8.56,95%CI(6.59,10.54),P<0.00001],MEP latency level[MD=-0.35,95%CI(-0.47,-0.23),P<0.00001],MEP level[MD=-0.35,95%CI(-0.47,-0.23),P<0.00001],CMCT level[MD=-1.06,95%CI (-1.63,-0.49),P=0.00003] and MBI level[MD=9.29,95%CI (7.42,11.16),P<0.00001]. Conclusion: 10Hz-rTMS can significantly improve the upper limb motor function of stroke patients.
