还原型谷胱甘肽联合多烯磷脂酰胆碱对急性药物性肝损害患者CRP IL-6 PCT及肝功能的影响

摘要 目的: 探讨还原型谷胱甘肽联合多烯磷脂酰胆碱治疗急性药物性肝损伤患者对CRP,IL-6、PCT及肝功能的影响。方法: 选取68例急性药物性肝损伤患者的临床资料进行分析,研究时间为2018年1月至2020年1月,根据治疗药物的不同分为对照组(予以多烯磷脂酰胆碱治疗)与观察组(予以还原型谷胱甘肽联合多烯磷脂酰胆碱治疗),各34例,且对两组患者的CRP、IL-6、PCT、TBIL、ALT、AST、GGT、TBA、MELD评分、Child-Pugh评分及不良反应(过敏性皮疹、胃部不适、腹泻)进行观察及评估。结果: 治疗4周、8周后,观察组的CRP、IL-6、PCT、TBiL、ALT、AST、GGT、TBA、MELD评分、Child-Pugh评分低于对照组(P均<0.05)。观察组不良反应总发生率为11.76%,与对照组齐同(χ²=0.159,P>0.05)。结论: 还原型谷胱甘肽联合多烯磷脂酰胆碱治疗,既能改善肝功能,又能减轻炎症反应,且安全性高,预后较好。

Abstract：Objective: To explore the effect of reduced glutathione combined with polyene phosphatidylcholine on CRP, IL-6, PCT and liver function in patients with acute drug-induced liver injury. Methods: The clinical data of 68 patients with acute drug-induced liver damage were selected for retrospective analysis from January 2018 to January 2020. According to different treatment drugs, they were divided into control group (treated with polyene phosphatidylcholine) and observation group (treated with reduced glutathione combined with polyene phosphatidylcholine), 34 cases in each group. The CRP, IL-6, PCT, TBIL, ALT, AST, GGT, TBA, MELD score, Child-Pugh score and adverse reactions (allergic rash, stomach discomfort, diarrhea) were observed and evaluated in the two groups. Results: After 4 weeks and 8 weeks of treatment, the CRP, IL-6, PCT, TBiL, ALT, AST, GGT, TBA, MELD scores and Child-Pugh scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group (all P<0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 11.76%, which was the same as the control group (χ²=0.159, P>0.05). Conclusion: Reduced glutathione combined with polyene phosphatidylcholine treatment can not only improve liver function, but also reduce inflammation, and has high safety and a good prognosis.
