Abstract:Objective: To explore the relationship between uterine artery hemodynamic parameters and coagulation function in patients with repeated implantation failure. Methods: The patients undergoing in vitro fertilization-embryo transfor (IVF-ET) treatment in our hospital were divided into the first pregnancy success group, the first pregnancy failure group and the repeated implantation failure group. The basic data, oocyte acquisition, transplantation, uterine artery hemodynamics and thromboelastogram parameters were collected and analyzed. Results: There were no statistically significant difference in the basic data, oocyte acquisition and transplantation of the three groups; the uterine artery hemodynamic parameters PI, RI and S/D in the repeated failure group were higher than those in the other two groups, and the difference were statistically significant; The MA value of the repeated failure group were significantly higher than those in the other two groups. Conclusion: It is very necessary to detect the uterine artery hemodynamic parameters and TEG in patients who were suspected with repeated implantation failure. Once the prethrombotic state or the increase of uterine artery blood flow resistance was found, corresponding treatment should be given in time to improve the success rate.
