Abstract:Objective: To investigate the effect of rat nerve growth factor combined with methylcobalamin in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy on patients with electromyography, blood lipids and VitB12 levels. Methods: The clinical data of 87 patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy were selected for retrospective analysis. The selection time was from February 2018 to June 2020. According to different treatment methods, they were divided into control groups (treated with mecobalamin, n=43) and Observation group (treated with mouse nerve growth factor combined with mecobalamin, n=44), compare the two groups of common peroneal nerve (SNCV, MNCV), median nerve (SNCV, MNCV), TC, TG, HLD-L, LDL-C, NSE, VitB12 and TSS scores. Results: ①the two groups of common peroneal nerve (SNCV, MNCV), median nerve (SNCV, MNCV), TC, TG, LDL-C, NSE, VitB12, TSS score time effect, group effect and time and grouping There is a significant difference in the interaction of the two (P<0.05). ②there was no significant difference in the scores of common peroneal nerve (SNCV, MNCV), median nerve (SNCV, MNCV), TC, TG, LDL-C, NSE, VitB12, and TSS before treatment (P>0.05). After 2 weeks and 4 weeks of treatment, the common peroneal nerve (SNCV, MNCV), median nerve (SNCV, MNCV), and VitB12 of the observation group were higher than those of the control group, while the scores of TC, TG, LDL-C, NSE and TSS were lower Control group (P<0.05). ③TC, TG, LDL-C were positively correlated with the motor nerve conduction velocity of the common peroneal nerve and the median nerve, and the sensory nerve conduction velocity (P<0.05). Conclusion: The combination of mouse nerve growth factor and methylcobalamin in the treatment of DPN can not only improve nerve conduction velocity, but also reduce blood lipids and relieve clinical symptoms.
