Abstract:Objective: To explore the automatic regulation of cerebral blood flow in patients with sleep disorders accompanied by anxiety and depression. Methods: A total of 65 patients with sleep disorders accompanied by anxiety and depression admitted to our hospital from 2017 to December 2019 were selected as the observation group, and 70 healthy controls were made the control group. The cerebral blood flow autoregulation function, anxiety and depression scores of the two groups were compared and analyzed, and the correlation between the Pearman Hamilton Rating Scale for Anxiety (HAMA) score, Hamilton Depression Rating Scale(HAMD) score and the cerebral blood flow autoregulation function parameters was used. Results: The HAMA score and HAMD score of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group, and there was a statistical difference between the two (P<0.05). Calculated by the blood flow analyzer curve, the left and right hemisphere phases of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group, and there was a statistical difference between the two (P<0.05). Using the correlation between Pearman's HAMA score and the parameters of cerebral blood flow autoregulation, it was found that there was no significant correlation between the HAMA score and the HAMD score of the observation group's bilateral cerebral hemisphere phase difference and gain (P>0.05). Conclusion: The cerebral blood flow autoregulation function of patients with sleep disorders accompanied by anxiety and depression is significantly reduced, but the degree of impairment of its regulatory function is not significantly related to the patient's anxiety and depression. The HAMA scale and HAMD scale cannot be used to evaluate the brain in clinical practice. The degree of damage to the automatic regulation of blood flow.
