Abstract:Objective: To investigate the effect of benzbromarone combined with glucocorticoid therapy on patients with gouty arthritis and its influence on the level of AST, ALT and UA. Methods: 300 patients with gouty arthritis who were treated in our hospital from February 2019 to February 2020 were selected as the research objects, and they were randomly divided into group A and group B with 150 cases each. Group A was treated with colchicine + Glucocorticoid therapy, group B was treated with benzbromarone combined with glucocorticoid, and the clinical efficacy and the changes of AST, ALT and UA levels were compared between the two groups. Results: In group A, 78 cases were markedly effective, 50 cases effective, 22 cases ineffective, and the total effective rate was 85.33%; Group B patients had 80 markedly effective cases, 60 cases effective , and 10 cases ineffective, with a total effective rate of 93.33%; The effective rate was analyzed by clinical statistics, and there was a difference (P<0.05); The two groups of patients had no statistical difference in age, gender, and BMI indicators (P>0.05); And among the ALT, AST, UA indicators, group B indicators were significantly better than group A, with significant statistical difference (P<0.05). Conclusion: Benzbromarone combined with glucocorticoid therapy in patients with gouty arthritis has a significant clinical effect on patients. At the same time, attention should be paid to monitoring changes in liver function.
