Abstract：Objective: To investigate the effects of statins on blood lipid, IL-6,TNF- α and blood viscosity after emergency percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) in patients with acute myocardial infarction (AMI). Methods: A total of 100 patients with AMI treated in our hospital from December 2017 to August 2018 were randomly divided into two groups: control group (n = 50) and trial group (n = 50).The patients in both groups were treated with PCI and corresponding drug therapy. The blood lipid, IL-6,TNF- α and blood viscosity were measured and compared before and after treatment with rishovastatin in the groups. Results: After treatment, the level of IL-6,TNF- α in the two groups was lower than that before treatment, and that in the trial group was more obvious than that in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of blood lipid (HDL-C,LDL-C,TC,TG) were significantly improved in the treatment group than in the control group (P<0.05).After treatment, NBH and NBL in the two groups were lower than those before treatment, especially in the test group(P<0.05). Conclusion: After emergency PCI in patients with AMI, risuvastatin could significantly inhibit the level of IL-6,TNF- α and blood viscosity, and effectively improve the level of blood lipid.
