Abstract:Objective: To analyze the effects of local infiltration anesthesia with dezocine and ropivacaine on perioperative immune function, stress response and postoperative pain in patients with breast cancer. Methods: The clinical data of 74 patients with breast cancer admitted to our hospital from March 2018 to November 2019 and confirmed by surgery or puncture biopsy were retrospectively analyzed.According to the different medication administered, they were randomly divided into a control group and a study group, with 37 cases in each group. The control group was administered ropivacaine for local infiltration anesthesia. The study group was supplemented with dezocine.Peripheral blood T lymphocyte subsets, natural killer (NK) cell levels, and stress indexes were compared between the two groups at different points.Visual analogue scale(VAS) scores were used to assess pain 1h, 6h, and 24h after surgery. Results: The levels of CD3+, CD4+ cells, and NK cells in the two groups 1h, 24h, and 48h after surgery were significantly lower than those before anesthesia , and the levels were reduced to the lowest 24 hours after surgery, which was significantly different from that before anesthesia (P<0.05).The levels of CD3+, CD4+ cells, and NK cells in the study group were higher than those in the control group 1 hour, 24 hours, and 48 hours after surgery (P<0.05).The levels of stress indicators Cor, AngⅡ, and IL-6 were not different from those before anesthesia. In the control group, the levels of stress indicators Cor, AngⅡ, and IL-6 1h, 24h, and 48h after surgery were higher than those before anesthesia (P<0.05).And the levels of stress indicators Cor, AngⅡ, and IL-6 in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group 1h, 24h, and 48h after surgery (P<0.05).And the VAS scores 1h, 6h, and 24h after surgery were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion: Perioperative anaesthesia with dizocine and ropivacaine in patients with breast cancer can effectively reduce the stress response caused by surgical trauma, protect peripheral blood T lymphocyte subsets and NK cells, restore the body's immune function, and reduce postoperative pain.
