Abstract:Objective: To analyze the effect of digoxin tablet on angiotensin Ⅱ (Ang Ⅱ) and atrial natriuretic peptide (ANP), matrix metalloprotease 9 (MMP-9) in elderly patients with chronic heart failure. Methods: 128 elderly patients with chronic heart failure were enrolled in our hospital from February 2015 to March 2018. They were divided into two groups according to different treatment methods. The control group was given routine treatment, the observation group was treated with digoxin tablets, and the clinical effect of the two groups was analyzed. Results: There was no significant difference in cardiac function, ang Ⅱ, ANP, MMP-9, TIMP-l, ET-1, cat and GSH PX between the two groups (P>0.05). The level of (53.26 ± 8.67) ng / l was lower than that of the control group (P<0.05). There was no significant difference between the observation group (9.38%) and the control group (4.69%) (P>0.05). Conclusion: Digoxin tablet can reduce the level of ANP, MMP-9, ang Ⅱ, improve the heart function, reduce the oxidative stress response, and does not increase the adverse reactions.
