The Mechanism of Wound Healing and Anti-Inflammatory Effect of Red Ointment Combined with Photon Therapy Instrument in Patients with Anal Fistula After Operation

Abstract:Objective: To explore the mechanism of red ointment combined with photon therapy on wound healing and anti-inflammatory in patients with anal fistula. Methods: From March 2018 to April 2019, 93 patients with anal fistula who were operated on in our hospital were randomly divided into observation group (47 cases) and control group (46 cases). On the first day after operation, the patients in the control group were treated with red ointment after routine dressing change, and the observation group was treated with photon therapy instrument on the basis of the control group. The clinical effect, VAS score, edema, wound healing time, serum levels of IL-4, IL-17 and TNF-α were compared between the two groups. Results: The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in VAS score between the two groups on the first day after operation (P>0.05), but the VAS score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group on the third day and the seventh day after operation (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the area of wound between the two groups (P>0.05), and the area of wound in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). The wound healing time of the observation group was significantly shorter than that of the control group (P<0.05). The levels of IL-4, IL-7 and TNF - α in the two groups were significantly lower than those in the first day after operation (P<0.05), and the levels of IL-4, IL-7 and TNF - α in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: The combination of red oil ointment and photon therapy instrument can effectively relieve the postoperative pain of patients with anal fistula and promote the wound healing. Its effect may be related to the inhibition of inflammatory response of the body, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
