阿奇霉素联合养阴清肺汤对支气管肺炎患儿血清IL-1β和TNF-α表达的影响

摘要 目的: 研究阿奇霉素联合养阴清肺汤治疗支气管肺炎患儿的临床疗效及对血清白介素-1β(IL-1β)和肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)表达的影响。方法: 研究对象选取我院2015年10月到2016年12月收治的支气肺型炎患儿96例,通过简单随机分组法,现将其分为两组,其中对照组48例,观察组48例。对照组患儿采用阿奇霉素治疗,观察组患儿在对照组采用阿奇霉素治疗的基础上口服养阴清肺汤。比较两组的总有效率、临床症状及体征消失时间、治疗前后血清IL-1β和TNF-α水平的变化。结果: 治疗后,观察组的治疗总有效率(93.75%)明显高于对照组(77.08%)(P=0.02),发热、咳嗽、肺部啰音及肺部阴影的消失时间和住院时间均明显短于对照组(P<0.01),血清IL-1β和TNF-α水平均明显低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论: 阿奇霉素联合养阴清肺汤对支气管肺炎患儿的疗效显著,能够促进临床症状和体征的恢复,降低血清IL-1β和TNF-α水平。

Abstract：Objective: To study the curative effect of Azithromycin combined with Yangyinqingfei Decoction on the serum interleukin-1beta (IL-1 beta) and tumor necrosis factor alpha (TNF- alpha) expressions of children with bronchial pneumonia.Methods: 96 cases of children with bronchial pneumonia in our hospital from October 2015 to December 2016 were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group with 48 cases in each group.The control group was administered azithromycin treatment,and the observation group was treated by oral Yangyinqingfei decoction on the basis of control group.The total effective rate,disappearance time of clinical symptoms and signs and changes of serum IL-1 and beta TNF- alpha levels before and after treatment were compared between two groups.Results: After treatment,the total efficiency of observation group (93.75%) was significantly higher than the control group (77.08%) (P=0.02);The disappearance time of fever,cough,pulmonary rales,pulmonary shadow and hospital stay of observation group were significantly shorter than those of the control group(P<0.01);The serum IL-1 beta and TNF- levels of observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion: the Azithromycin combined with Yangyinqingfei Decoction could enhance the clinical efficacy in the treatment of children with bronchial pneumonia,which was able to promote the recovery of the symptoms and signs,decrease the serum IL-1 beta and TNF- levels.
