Abstract:Objective: To study the effect of concentrated growth factor (CGF) on the apoptosis of MLO-Y4 osteocyte-like cells.Methods: CGF was prepared from the venous blood of healthy volunteers.The model of ischemia-reperfusion in vitro was duplicated and divided into control and experimental groups with different concentrations (including 1%CGFe,5% CGFe,10% CGFe).The expression levels of Bax,Bcl-2 and p53 mRNA were detected by real-time fluorescence quantitative polymerase chain reaction (qRT PCR) to evaluate the degree of MLO-Y4 osteocyte-like cells apoptosis.Results: CGF could significantly inhibit the increase of caspase-3 activity of MLO-Y4 osteocyte-like cells induced by ischemia-reperfusion,with the decrease of Bax,Bcl-2 and p53 mRNA levels.Conclusion: CGF can improve the apoptosis of human umbilical vein endothelial cells induced by ischemia-reperfusion.
