Improvement of Facial Aging in Patients with Skin Aging treated by Ultra-pulsed Carbon Dioxide Lattice Laser combined with Wrinkle Eeduction by Injection

Abstract:Objective:To study improvement of facial aging in patients with skin aging treated by ultra-pulsed carbon dioxide lattice laser combined with wrinkle reduction by injection. Methods:58 patients from March 2017 to March 2018 were selected. The patients were divided into observation group (n=30) and control group (n=28) according to the random number table method. The control group was treated with wrinkle reduction by injection, while the observation group was treated with super pulsed carbon dioxide lattice laser on the basis of the control group. The curative effect, skin aging score and total incidence of adverse reactions were observed. Results: After treatment, The total effective rate of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group[93.33%(28/30)vs 64.28%(18/28)](P<0.05). Skin aging score was significantly lower than that of control group[(0.98±0.30)scores vs(4.26±1.03)scores](P<0.05). The total incidence of adverse reactions was significantly lower than that in the control group[13.33%(4/30)vs 39.28%(11/28)](P<0.05). Conclusion:Ultra-pulsed carbon dioxide lattice laser combined with injection wrinkle-removing therapy has remarkable clinical effect on skin aging patients. It can improve skin aging status, restore gloss, improve wrinkles, shrink pores, etc., with fewer adverse reactions and is safe and reliable.
