Abstract:Objective: To observe the clinical effect of shock wave stimulation acupoint therapy in the treatment of osteoarthritis of knee joint. Methods: 150 patients with osteoarthritis of knee joint were randomly divided into two groups, 75 cases of treatment group, shock wave acupuncture point therapy, along the foot Yangming stomach meridians, foot Taiyin spleen meridians, foot Shaoyang bile meridians and corresponding acupoints impact;75 cases of contrast group, shock wave conventional therapy was used to impact the pain points around the knee joint. In both groups, 4d was treated once, 5 times was 1 course, and 3 courses were treated. The knee joint function was evaluated by WOMAC score. Results: The pain and knee function of the two groups improved after treatment. The WOMAC score acupuncture point group was lower than the normal pain point group, and the total effective rate(92.00 %) was higher than that of the pain point impact group(76.00%). Conclusion: After treatment, the pain and knee joint function of the two groups were improved. WOMAC score was lower in the acupoint group than in the conventional pain point group, and the total effective rate in the acupoint impact treatment group (92.00%) was higher than that in the conventional pain point impact control group (76.00%).
