The Application Analysis of Oxycodone Combined with Propofol in Female Hysteroscopic Surgery and the Influence on Blood Gas Indexes and Perioperative Chills

Abstract：Objective: To analyze the application of oxycodone combined with propofol in female hysteroscopic surgery and the influence on blood gas indexes and perioperative chills. Methods: A total of 140 patients who underwent hysteroscopic surgery in Xiangyang Maternal and Child Health Hospital from April 2017 to July 2018 were divided into the observation group and the control group bysimple random groupingmethod, 70 cases in each group. The control group was given propofol anesthesia induction and maintenance. On this basis, the observation group was additionally given oxycodone. The condition of anesthesia, blood gas indexes, perioperative anesthesia and other anesthesia-related complications were compared between the two groups. Results: There were no significant differences in blood gas analysis indexes between the two groups during anesthesia recovery time or at different time points (P>0.05). The induction dose, maintenance dose and dose per unit time of propofol in the observation group were significantly fewer than those in the control group. The incidence of chills, severity score and VAS score were significantly lower than those of the control group (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the incidence of single anesthesia-related complicationbetween the two groups (P>0.05), but the overall incidence of other anesthesia-related complications in the observation groupwas significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: In female hysteroscopic surgery, the combined use of oxycodone can reduce the dosage of propofol, obtain better analgesic efficacy, reduce the risk of chills and anesthesia-related complications, compared with single propofol anesthesia.
