Abstract:Objective: To explore the clinical evaluation of extracorporeal circulation without plasma pre-filling in children with congenital heart disease. Methods: 54 cases with Congenital heart disease in children failures were researched ,who from May 2013 to May 2016. According to random number table, they were divided into observation group and control group, 27 cases in each group. The levels of hematological parameters, coagulation function and liver and kidney function were measured before and after treatment. The duration of ICU, ICU and hospital stay were also observed. Results: After treatment, the blood parameters of the two groups were significantly higher than those before treatment (P<0.05). After treatment, the two groups of patients with blood coagulation index level was significantly higher than before treatment (P<0.05), and the plasma coagulation index level was no significant difference (P>0.05). After treatment, the liver and kidney function of the two groups were significantly improved compared with before treatment (P<0.05), and the plasma group had no significant difference in liver and kidney function (P>0.05). The recovery of the two groups after treatment was observed. The results showed that: there was no significant difference in the ventilation time, ICU time and hospital stay between the two groups (P>0.05). Conclusion: Pre-filling of congenital heart disease children with Galaxy has the same effect as plasma in maintaining coagulation function, liver and kidney function and blood parameters. Therefore, Galaxy can replace plasma for in vitro pre-filling of congenital heart disease children and reduce the use of plasma.
