Abstract:Objective: To study the clinical value of pediatric low density lipoprotein cholesterol (sdLDL-C) and plasma D-dimer levels in physical examination of coronary heart disease patients. Methods: A total of 200 patients with coronary artery disease diagnosed in our hospital from October 2015 to October 2017 were selected as the observation group, including 66 patients with unstable angina (UAP), 56 patients with myocardial infarction (AMI), and stable angina pectoris. 78 patients (SAP) were included in the same period as 50 control subjects. The total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG), serum sdLDL-C, and high-density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C) were measured. Low-density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C), plasma D-dimer and homocysteine (Hcy) levels. Results: The levels of TC, TG, serum sdLDL-C, LDL-C, HDL-C, Hcy and plasma D-dimer in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). The comparison between the AMI group and the SAP group showed that the levels of sdLDL-C and D-dimer were significantly higher than those of the SAP group (P<0.05). The comparison between the UAP group and the SAP group showed no significant difference in the level of sdLDL-C. (P>0.05), but at the D-dimer level, UAP group was significantly higher than SAP group (P<0.05); AMI and UAP group data showed that there was no significant difference in sdLDL-C level (P>0.05) In addition, the comparison showed that D-dimer levels were higher than those in the UAP group (P<0.05). Conclusion: Detection of sdLDL-C and D-dimer can effectively reflect the specific condition of patients with coronary heart disease, and have important application value for the early diagnosis and prediction of coronary heart disease and clinical classification.
