The Clinical Efficacy of Ozone Autologous Blood Transfusion in the Treatment of Post-herpes Zoster Neuralgia and its Effect on Serum IL-6 and TNF- vaccine

Abstract：Objective: To observe the clinical effect of ozone autologous blood transfusion on post-herpes zoster neuralgia and its effect on serum IL-6 and TNF-α. Methods: Retrospective analysis was performed on 90 cases of post-herpetic neuralgia treated in our hospital,which were divided into control group and study group according to the treatment method. The control group was treated with prebahrain treatment and the study group was treated with prebahrain combined with ozone autologous blood transfusion. Changes in treatment efficiency, pain score, serum IL-6, TNF-α, were compared between the two groups. Results: The effective rate of treatment in the study group was 81.39%, which was significantly superior to 72.09% in the control group. Changes in VAS score, serum IL-6 and TNF-α level in the two groups after treatment were statistically significant compared with those before treatment, and VAS score, serum IL-6 and TNF-α were significantly lower in the study group than in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: Ozone autologous blood transfusion combined with drug therapy is effective in treating neuralgia after herpes zoster.
