Abstract:Objective: To investigate the application value of early intracranial aneurysm clipping in patients with intracranial aneurysms. Methods: 72 patients with intracranial aneurysms from February 2015 to March 2017 in Xiangyang central hospital were randomly divided into groups, 36 cases in each groups. The control group was treated with intravascular embolization, and the study group was treated with early intracranial aneurysm. Neurological function score (NIHSS) and daily life ability score (BI), serum inflammatory factor TNF-α, IL-1 and IL-6 levels preoperative and postoperative 1 month, the incidence of complications1 month after operation and the prognosis12 months after operation were statistically compared between the two groups. Results: The BI scores of the two groups after operation were higher than those before operation, while the NIHSS scores were lower than those before operation; the score of BI in the study group was higher than that in the control group, and the NIHSS score was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05); The serum TNF-α, IL-1 and IL-6 levels in the two groups after operation were lower than those before the operation, and the study group was lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); The incidence of complication in the study group 11.12% (4/36) was lower than that of the control group 33.35% (12/36), the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); The good recovery rate of the study group 61.11% (22/36) was higher than that of the control group (30.56%, 11/36), the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion: Early clipping of intracranial aneurysms is effective in the treatment of intracranial aneurysms. It can effectively reduce the level of serum inflammatory factors, improve the neurological function and daily living ability of patients, and improve the prognostic effect. It is safe and worth popularizing.
