瑞舒伐他汀与阿托伐他汀分别联合氯吡格雷治疗对缺血性脑卒中患者血清MIF CKLF1 FKN水平及神经功能的影响

摘要目的:研究瑞舒伐他汀与阿托伐他汀分别联合氯吡格雷治疗对缺血性脑卒中患者血清MIF、CKLF1、FKN水平及神经功能的影响。方法:以2015年6月至2018年1月我院收治的缺血性脑卒中患者186例为研究对象,采用随机数表法分对照组和观察组,每组93例,两组均给予氯吡格雷治疗,对照组联合阿托伐他汀治疗,观察组联合瑞舒伐他汀治疗,比较两组治疗效果,记录不良反应。结果:治疗后与对照组相比,观察组患者TG、TC、LDL-C、HDL-C水平改善幅度更大(P<0.05)。治疗后观察组血清MIF、CKLF1、FKN水平均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后观察组患者NIHSS、Barhel指数评分改善优于对照组(P<0.05)。两组治疗后不良反应发生情况相比无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论:瑞舒伐他汀联合氯吡格雷治疗缺血性脑卒中患者,能有效改善血清MIF、CKLF1、FKN水平及神经功能,值得推广。

Abstract：Objective: To study the effects of rosuvastatin or atorvastatin combined with clopidogrel on serum levels of MIF,CKLF1 and FKN and neurological function in patients with ischemic stroke. Methods: 186 cases of patients with ischemic stroke admitted to our hospital from June 2015 to January 2018 were selected for the study and randomly divided into observation group and control group by random table method, with 93 cases in each group. The two groups were given clopidogrel, and control group was combined with atorvastatin, and observation group was combined with rosuvastatin. The treatment effects were compared between the two groups, and the adverse reactions were recorded. Results: Compared with control group, the improving degrees of levels of TG,TC,LDL-C and HDL-C were greater after treatment in observation group (P<0.05). The levels of serum MIF, CKLF1 and FKN in observation group after treatment were significantly lower than those in control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the improvements of NIHSS score and Barhel index score in observation group after treatment were better than those in control group (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the occurrence of adverse reactions between the two groups after treatment (P>0.05). Conclusions: Rosuvastatin combined with clopidogrel for patients with ischemic stroke can effectively improve the levels of serum MIF,CKLF and FKN and neurological function. Therefore, it is worthy of promotion.
