Abstract:Objective: To analyze the satisfaction and safety of dot array laser technology on facial plastic surgery and cosmetology patients. Methods: 70 cases of facial plastic surgery and cosmetology patients admitted to our hospital from June 2015 to June 2016 were selected as the research objects, randomized number table method was used to divide the observation group (n=37) and the control group (n=33). The control group was treated with conventional surgery, and the observation group was treated with dot matrix laser technology on the basis of the control group. The efficacy, visualanalogue scale (VAS), quality of life, satisfaction and adverse reactions of the two groups after treatment were compared. Results: After treatment, the total effective rate of the observation group was 91.89%, significantly higher than that of the control group (69.70%) (P < 0.05). After treatment, VAS scores and quality of life scores in both groups were significantly improved, and the quality of life scores and VAS scores in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group (P < 0.05). After treatment, the satisfaction of patients in the observation group was 91.89%, significantly higher than that in the control group (66.67%, P < 0.05). The total incidence of adverse reactions was 16.22% and 54.55%, respectively (P < 0.05). Conclusion: Dot-matrix laser technology is effective in facial plastic and cosmetic patients. It can effectively improve pain and quality of life, reduce adverse reactions, and is worthy of promotion and application.
