Abstract:Objective: To investigate the risk factors of premature ovarian failure (POF) in women of middle age. Methods: 100 cases of premature ovarian failure women who received treatment in our hospital from February 2015 to February 2017 were selected as the subjects, and 100 healthy women were selected as the control group. The differences of ABO blood group, menstrual cycle and type A behavior and personality between the two groups were observed, and the factors influencing the incidence of POF were analyzed. Results: The irregular menstrual cycle, type A personality and BMI was 24kg/m2 higher incidence of premature ovarian failure (χ2=42.473, 15.394, 8.515, P<0.05), and different age, the incidence of POF in female ABO blood group had no significant difference; Age, menstrual cycle, ABO blood type, type A personality and BMI as independent variables, the occurrence of premature ovarian failure as the dependent variable, Logistic regression analysis, the results in menstrual cycle regularity and type A personality into the regression equation, the OR values were 5.361 and 4.985; The incidence of POF in patients with premature ovarian failure is positively correlated with menstrual cycle and type A behavioral personality (r=0.613, 0.598, P=0.012, 0.008), but not significantly related to ABO blood type. Conclusion: Irregular menstrual cycle and type A personality are risk factors for premature ovarian failure in women of the right age.
