Abstract：Objective: To explore the application of protective constraint clinical pathway nursing in patients with craniocerebral injury and restlessness in mental surgery. Methods: 70 cases of craniocerebral injury restless nursing care in our hospital from 1 to April 2018 were selected as the study samples, and the equal scores were divided by random number table method. The number of study samples from the clinical nursing path group and the traditional nursing group were 35 cases, and the correlation observation of the two groups of research samples after the different protective nursing care was observed. The difference degree of the standard were observed. Results: The incidence of restlessness and constraint related nursing adverse events in the clinical pathway nursing group was lower than that of the traditional protective nursing group. The protective quality control score and the nursing satisfaction rate were higher than those of the traditional protective group (P<0.05). Conclusion: With the clinical path nursing mode, the protective management of the nursing objects of craniocerebral injury restless nursing was carried out, which could win the improvement of the protective quality of nursing care, reduce the risk of undesirable nursing events related to the agitation and restriction of the high risk nursing objects, and the satisfaction was high.
