Abstract:Objective: To compare and analyze the clinical diagnosis of X-ray, CT, MRI diagnosis for cervical spondylosis patients. Methods: 68 cases of cervical spondylosis admitted to our hospital in December 2016 ~2017 in December were selected as research subjects. All patients were diagnosed by X-ray, CT and MRI. The results of three different diagnostic methods were compared As well as the specific signs of the situation. Results: The detection rates of patients with intervertebral space stenosis, abnormal curvature of the cervical spine, and bony stenosis using MRI were significantly higher than those diagnosed by CT. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05); The detection rate of intervertebral space stenosis, facet joint hyperplasia, uncinate process, bony stenosis, and vertebral body osteophytes were significantly higher than those of X-ray plain film (P<0.05). CT diagnosis hook The detection rate of sudden hyperplasia was significantly higher than that of X-ray examination. There was a statistically significant difference between groups (P<0.05). The specific signs of X-ray, CT, and MRI were respectively 35.29% (24/68), 23.53% (16/68), and 11.76% (8/68). The ratio of specific signs detected by X-ray film significantly higher than the MRI detection rate, the difference between the groups was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion: The detection rate of CT diagnosis and MRI diagnosis of cervical spondylosis is higher than that of X-ray plain film. Clinical diagnosis of cervical spondylosis with CT diagnosis or MRI diagnosis can effectively improve the clinical diagnosis effect of cervical spondylosis, and has a high clinical diagnostic value.
