Abstract:Objective: To investigate the correlation between the endoscopic endoscopic grade of active UC and pathological characteristics. Methods: The clinical data of 130 UC patients admitted to our hospital in May 2014 to 2017 in May were retrospectively analyzed. Lympus CF-H260I electronic colonoscopy was used for examination. Results: Activity grading of active UC under electronic enteroscopy: 30 patients with grade I, 50 patients with grade II, 24 patients with grade III, 26 patients with grade IV. Scope of lesion: rectum 11 cases, rectosigmoid 35 cases, left colon 10 cases, right colon 11 cases, regional 3 cases, total colon 15 cases, left distal colorectal 45 cases. The proportion of diffuse inflammation and non-diffuse inflammation in different endoscopic activity classes was significantly different (P<0.05), and the proportion of diffuse inflammation in different endoscopic activity classes was higher than that in non-diffuse inflammation. Inflammation of different grade endoscopic activity of ulcerative colitis were significantly different(P<0.05). The incidence of endoscopic activity of ulcerative colitics /Ulcerative, the crypt disorder, cryptitis, recess abscess in grade Ⅳ were higher than other grade , and had no statistical significance.(P>0.05). There was difference in diminution of goblet cell and the incidence of abnormal hyperplasia of glands(P<0.05),and grade Ⅳ was significantly higher than other grade.(P<0.05)The endoscopic grade of active UC was related to AI,ESR,frequency of bloody stool, loody purulent stool(P<0.05),And has no relationship with Hb, albumen. Conclusion: Endoscopic features of active UC: the activity was mainly grade IV and grade II, and the lesion was mainly located in the left distal colon and rectum. Endoscopic activity was correlated with pathological features, and was correlated with AI, ESR, the degree and frequency of mucous bloody stool.
