Abstract：Objective: To study curative efficacy of nasal flushing combined with fluticasone propionate nasal spray in treatment of allergic rhinitis and its effects on ICAM-1 ECP IL-5 and osteopontin, and analyze the clinical effect. Methods: 142 patients of allergic rhinitis received therapy from may 2015 to may 2017 in our hospital were selected as research objects. According to different treatment regimens were divided into observation group and control group, the control group was treated with Nasal flushing, while the observation group was treated with nasal flushing combined with fluticasone propionate nasal spray. Then clinical effects, adverse reactions, serum ICAM - 1, ECP, IL-5 levels,nasal resistance and OPN,physical scores,symptom scores were compared,. Results: The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). After treatment, serum ECP and IL-5 in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and ICAM-1 was higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). The nasal resistance and OPN in the observation group was less than the control group (P<0.05). Physical scores and symptom scores in the observation group was less than the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: Nasal irrigation combined with Fluticasone Propionate Nasal Spray in the treatment of allergic rhinitis, effectively improved the serum CAM-1, ECP, IL-5 levels and nasal resistance and OPN, alleviated the symptoms score and symptom score of the patients, and improved the clinical efficacy, and had less adverse reactions.
