A Study on the Comprehensive Treatment of Postpartum Hemorrhage in Caesarean Section by Modified B-Lynch Suture Combined Restrictive Rehydration Therapy with Carboprost Tromethamine Injection

Abstract：Objective: To investigate the safety and efficacy of Comprehensive treatment of postpartum hemorrhage in caesarean section by combined modified B-Lynch suture and restrictive rehydration therapy with Carboprost Tromethamine Injection. Methods: 100 cases of postpartum hemorrhage were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group according to the different treatment methods, so there are 50 patients in each group. The control group was treated with oxytocin combined with traditional suture and traditional fluid supplement. The observation group was treated with the combination of modified B-Lynch suture and restrictive fluid filling with Carboprost Tromethamine Injection. The amount of intraoperative bleeding, postoperative bleeding, blood transfusion, hemodynamic index and coagulation function were compared between the two groups. Results: The experimental results showed that the amount of bleeding, the amount of bleeding and the amount of blood transfusion in the observation group were lower than those of the control group. There was no complication in the observation group. The hemodynamic indexes of the observation group at 0.5h and 2h after treatment were better than those of the control group, there were significant differences in related hemodynamic indicators between the two groups, between different time points and between groups. The difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The clotting function of the observation group was better than that of the control group at 6h and 12h after treatment. Conclusion: The Comprehensive treatment of postpartum hemorrhage in caesarean section by combined modified B-Lynch suture and restrictive rehydration therapy with Carboprost Tromethamine Injection is safe and reliable.
