Abstract:Objective: To observe the therapeutic effect of knee ostarthritis on the method of fire needles high selectivity in denervation combined with extracorporeal shock wave and to provide theoretical basis for the treatment of knee ostarthritis by integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine. Methods: Eighty patients with knee osteoarthritis were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The treatment group was treated with fire needle denervation combined with extracorporeal shock wave therapy. The control group was treated with meroxicam tablets. WOMAC score and HSS score were evaluated before treatment, 3 weeks after treatment and 1 month after treatment, and adverse reactions were recorded. Results: The WOMAC score and HSS score of the treatment group and the control group were statistically significant after treatment (P<0.05), and the treatment group was significantly better than the control group, the two groups were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion: Fire needle selective denervation combined with extracorporeal shock wave therapy is effective in improving the range of motion of the knee joint and relieving pain without serious complications, which is worthy of clinical application.
