Abstract:Objective: To investigate the value of B-ultrasound in the screening of fetal congenital malformations by four-dimensional ultrasonography. Methods: 780 pregnant women who underwent physical examination in our hospital from January 2016 to January 2017 were selected as study subjects. All pregnant women was used four-dimensional color ultrasound and system B-ultrasound for the checking of fetal congenital malformations. The accuracy, sensitivity, and specificity of the two methods was compared. Results: The results of labor induction/delivery was used as the gold standard, there were 18 malformation fetuses in 780 newborns, the accuracy rate of four-dimensional ultrasonography was 94.44% (17/18), the accuracy of system B-ultrasound was 66.67% (12/18),and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05); The sensitivity of the two examination methods was the same, both being 100.00%. The specificity of the system B-ultrasound was 99.28%, and the specificity of the color Doppler ultrasound was 99.87%; Misdiagnosis analysis found that four-dimensional color Doppler ultrasound by pregnancy time, fetal position and amniotic fluid content greater impact, the system B-ultrasound detection accuracy lower but can be used during early pregnancy; Conclusion: The four dimensional color Doppler ultrasound and the system B ultrasound have high accuracy and sensitivity in fetal congenital malformation screening, but the two detection methods have certain defects. The combined detection method can improve the accuracy of detection, and the effect is better.
