Abstract:Objective: To investigate the effects of atomization inhalation of salbutamol and budesonide on pulmonary function in children with bronchiolitis. Methods: A total of 220 children with bronchiolitis hospitalized in two families of Langfang People's Hospital from November 2013 to November 2016 were selected and divided into the observation group and the control group, with 110 cases in each group. The clinical indicators, clinical pulmonary function and curative effect of the two groups were compared. Results: After treatment, the observation group was relieved of asthma, cough disappeared, lung rale disappeared and hospitalization time, compared with the control group, there were significant differences (P<0.05). Before treatment, there was no significant difference in pulmonary function between the two groups (P > 0.05).After treatment, the Ti /Te(%)、VPEF /VE(%)、TPTEF /TE(%)、Vt /kg(ml/kg) in the observation group was significantly increased with the control group (P<0.05). After treatment in the observation group and the control group, the remarkable effect was (30.91%VS 21.82%); the effective was (56.36%VS 50.00%); the invalid was (12.73%VS 28.18%); the total effective rate was (87.27%VS 71.82%), there was significant difference(χ2=10.208,P=0.013). No adverse reaction was found in all two groups. The liver and kidney function and routine hematuria were normal after treatment. Conclusion: 3% hypertonic saline atomization combined with salbutamol and budesonide is effective in the treatment of bronchiolitis, significantly improving the lung function of the children, and the safety is better.
