Abstract:Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of two different intraocular lens implantation in the treatment of cataract with high myopia. Methods: From September 2013 to January 2016, 98 cases of cataract phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation in the ophthalmological center of our hospital were retrospectively analyzed. Among them, 50 cases (68 eyes) were given Bigbag intraocular lens, and 48 cases (63 eyes) were given Rayner 620H intraocular lens. The effect of the two groups were compared. Results: Before operation, there were no significant differences in the two groups of patients with macular central retinal thickness, axial value, the best corrected visual acuity, and intraocular pressure (IOP) were not statistically significant (P>0.05); At 1 months and 3 months after operation, the Bigbag group of Rayner group had significantly lower than the 620H Rayner group (P<0.05), and the best corrected visual acuity was significantly better than that of the 620H Bigbag group (P<0.05); 1 months and 3 months after surgery, the degree of numerical optometry of two groups of patients were significantly lower than that before operation (P<0.05); 3 months after surgery, Bigbag group, posterior capsular wrinkle opacification were significantly lower than Rayner group 620H (P<0.05). Conclusion: Bigbag intraocular lens is more effective in cataract patients with high myopia.
