Abstract:Objective: To study the clinical effect of double incision combined with 360 internal fixation for closed Pilon fracture. Methods: 80 patients with high energy closed Pilon fracture treated in our hospital from June 2012 to October 2016 were randomly divided into study group ( n = 40 ) and control group ( n = 40 ). The control group was treated with posterior lateral approach internal fixation and the study group was treated with double incision combined with 360 internal fixation. Results:The incidence of complications in the study group and the control group were 15 %, 42.5 %, respectively, and the clinical effect in the study group ( 92.5 % ) was significantly better than that in the control group ( 62.5 % ). there was significant difference between the two groups (P<0.05). There were significant differences in pain and soft tissue recovery time between the two groups, and the functional score of the study group ( 3.68 1.07 ) was lower than that of the control group ( 5.72 1.23 ), the fracture healing time of the study group was significantly shorter than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: The treatment of closed Pilon fracture with double incision and 360 internal fixation through combined approach is effective, which can not only improve the healing condition of the fracture patients, but also reduce the incidence of complications. it is worthy of clinical application.
