Abstract:Objective: To explore the changes and significance of plasma D-dimer and lipoprotein(a) in the process of intravenous thrombolysis with rt-PA in acute cerebral infarction. Methods: The plasma D-dimer and lipoprotein(a) were dynamically monitored by the technique of immunofluorescence and biochemical analysis before thrombolysis and 1, 2, 24 h after intravenous thrombolysis in patients with cerebral infarction. Results: Plasma D- dimer and lipoprotein (a) increased significantly after 1 hours and 2 hours after intravenous thrombolysis, while the levels of rt-PA decreased rapidly 24 hours after intravenous thrombolysis, but still higher than that before intravenous thrombolysis. Conclusions: After cerebral infarction, after intravenous thrombolysis, plasma D- dimer level and lipoprotein (a) level all show a concordance, which first increased and then decreased. It indicates that there is a certain change in coagulation, fibrinolytic system and lipid metabolism after cerebral venous thrombolysis in rt-PA. This change trend is of certain significance for guiding and judging intravenous thrombolysis.
