Abstract:Objective: To investigate and compare the effect of urapidil and sodium nitroprusside on early active bleeding after hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage. Methods: 120 patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage admitted from January 2015 to June 2017 were randomly divided into two groups: urapidil and uracil sodium, sodium nitroprusside and sodium nitroprusside respectively Group hematoma volume, neurological score, disease-related parameters, long-term prognosis and adverse reactions. Results: The hematoma volume of the patients in the urapidil group was significantly lower than those in the sodium nitroprusside group at 1 week, 2 weeks and 4 weeks after treatment, and CSS scores were significantly higher than those in the sodium nitroprusside group. After treatment, the systolic blood pressure Viscosity, low cut-off viscosity, plasma viscosity, erythrocyte sedimentation rate and hematocrit were significantly lower than those in sodium nitroprusside group. MMSE score and FMA score were significantly higher than those in the three months after treatment There was a significant difference between sodium nitroprusside group and sodium nitroprusside group (P <0.05). There was no significant difference in ADR between the two groups during treatment (P> 0.05). Conclusion: Compared with sodium nitroprusside, urapidil has a more significant effect on early active bleeding in patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage.
