Abstract:Objective: To explore the detection of proteinuria in Xinxiang area and the influencing factors of high risk. Methods: A retrospective analysis was made on the physical examination data of 930 cases of physical examination in Xinxiang March 2015 to December 2016. According to the examination of urine protein group, urinary protein levels in normal subjects as control group, 759 cases of abnormal proteinuria as the observation group, 171 cases. The effects of the general information, weight mass index (BMI), medical history, blood lipid and other factors on the level of proteinuria were analyzed and compared. Results: The 930 cases included in the prevalence of proteinuria was 18.39%. The higher the age, the higher BMI index, the high frequency of heavy metal contact, the high blood pressure of blood lipid and blood sugar, the higher the rate of albuminuria. According to the P < 0.05 standard, the variables selected by single factor, such as age, BMI, occupation, blood pressure and other variables were evaluated. The level of proteinuria is abnormal for the dependent variables to establish regression model, Logistic regression analysis showed that age (OR=0.289), BMI (OR=0.094), occupation (OR=0.394), blood pressure (OR=0.353), blood lipids (OR=4.772), blood glucose (OR=0.230) in Xinxiang area is high risk persons influence the level of proteinuria abnormal factor. Conclusion: The prevalence of proteinuria in Xinxiang was higher examination, increased age, hypertension, high blood sugar, high blood lipids, high heavy metal contact occupation, the body mass index is high risk factors affecting proteinuria, can reduce the incidence of proteinuria by controlling the above factors.
