Abstract:Objective: To study the analysis of lung cancer circulating tumor cells and non small cell (NSCLC) in serum of patients with squamous cell carcinoma antigen (SCC-Ag) level. Methods: 40 NSCLC patients in our hospital from February 2015 to February 2017 as the main research object, and select the health examination in the same period as control 40 group, benign disease and 35 as benign group; through the research object Cell Search system for the detection of circulating tumor cells, and serum SCC-Ag level by ELISA, three groups of results Comparative analysis of NSCLC group. Results: the number of circulating tumor cells was significantly higher than that in benign group and control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.001), benign group was significantly higher than the control group number of circulating tumor cells (P<0.001); the level of SCC-Ag in group NSCLC was significantly higher than that in benign group and control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.001), and benign group SCC-Ag level of control group had no significant difference (P>0.05); group NSCLC number of circulating tumor cells and SCC-Ag levels were positively correlated (r=0.965, P < 0.05). Conclusion: It can help to improve the clinical detection rate of NSCLC, and make the patients receive scientific and effective treatment as soon as possible, for the clinical suspected NSCLC patients can detect the number of circulating tumor cells and serum SCC-Ag levels.
