Abstract:Objective: To observe the suction compound anesthesia with intravenous anesthesia and two different anesthetic methods for breast cancer postoperative neutrophils and lymphocytes. Methods: A prospective study was conducted. 100 patients with breast cancer were randomly divided into two groups. Group A (n=50) received total intravenous anesthesia, group B (n=50) received static inhalation combined anesthesia. The changes of neutrophils count (N), lymphocyte count (L) and neutrophils / lymphocyte ratio (NLR) were compared before and after the operation. Results: There was significant difference in serum N, L and NLR values between the two groups before and after operation (P < 0.05). There was no significant difference in the value of N, L and NLR between the two groups after operation (P > 0.05). Conclusion: Two different ways of total intravenous anesthesia and intravenous inhalation combined anesthesia have slight effect on the N, L and NLR value of breast cancer after operation. It is suggested that anesthesia should be chosen according to the actual situation of patients.
