Abstract:Objective: To provide reference for the realization of normalization and standardization of quality control and management of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) decoction service. Methods: Through establishing quality control organization ,analyzing each link of quality control and developing quality standard rules,quality control system was constructed and total quality management was conducted. Results: According to checking 41quality items from 12 link of quality control of examing once a quarter, on receiving and storing of decoction pieces, prescription checking and preparation, decoction, distribution, transportation, environment and disinfect etc, holding 1 quarter quality control and safety management meeting and commenting on quality control work. The qualified percentage of quality control index was increased from 76%(Sep.2017) to (Dec.2017). Conclusion: The construction of standardization of quality control can effectively regulate each link of management of TCM decoction service and ensure the quality of TCM decoction.
